Remote support gives us the ability to remotely
connect to your computer or laptop*
over the internet and interact with it just
as if we were sitting in front of it.
This is all done by a registered technician
who has the ability to resolve a majority
of your problems*
with out the inconvenience of scheduling an
on-site appointment.
Cost:
The cost for Remote Support:
1 hour (up to) - £20.00
After payment
has been received a technician will
contact you via the telephone number
that you have provided below
(land line only accepted).
The technician will advise you accordingly
and only when a connection has been
made will the time start.

stable broadband connection. We will not be
held responsible for any loss of connectivity
that your computer may suffer throughout the
remote access.
*If we are unable
to correct your problem via remote access
and need to schedule an on-site appointment,
the fee paid for the remote access
will be deducted from the final balance. |
